Summer NetSuite Implementation Intern (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; department location listed as Marlborough, Massachusetts.

Salary: $29–$30 per hour

What you will do

• Configure and customize NetSuite modules according to client requirements.
• Support data migration through cleansing, mapping, and validation.
• Participate in project meetings, document requirements, and prepare project deliverables.
• Test NetSuite functionality, troubleshoot system issues, and research platform features and best practices.
• Assist with creating and testing AI automation for NetSuite and internal processes.
• Prepare user guides and training materials and provide end-user support.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, business, computer science, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in cloud-based ERP solutions and technology consulting.
• Familiarity with AI tools, scripts, prompts, and testing.

• Prior exposure to NetSuite or other ERP systems.
