Senior Cyber Security Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with onsite presence as necessary and remote work on other days; must be within a commutable distance of New York, NY; Universal City, CA; Stamford, CT; Miami, FL; or Orlando, FL. Travel up to 10% required.

Salary: USD 165,000–195,000 yearly, bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Execute and contribute to the cyber security strategy across AI Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams.
• Partner with business leaders and service owners to assess workflows, identify security gaps, and develop business-aware mitigation strategies.
• Communicate cyber security programs, services, and the threat landscape to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Coordinate security assessments, compliance status, incident reports, and technology projects to establish priorities and identify critical improvement efforts.
• Partner with incident response teams on investigations, postmortems, and remediation plans.
• Develop business-relevant metrics and key performance indicators to measure cyber security program maturity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, or 7 years of experience with a Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cyber Security.
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical engagement roles, including service and solution delivery.
• 2+ years of experience managing, coordinating, and tracking projects using project management tools.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and security risks to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ability to collaborate with cyber security leadership, business technical teams, internal audit, clients, and regulators.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• News or media entertainment industry experience.
• Experience securing enterprise products, including Microsoft suite, collaboration tools, and development tools.
• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Understanding of AI-related data privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, and compliance considerations.
• Cyber security training or certifications.
• Experience leading Information Security or Technology teams and concurrent projects.
• Experience delivering security solutions in a global enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of recognized Information Security standards and technologies, and international Information Security and Privacy regulations, laws, and policies.
• Demonstrated negotiation, problem resolution, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
