Senior Revenue Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Prepare revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and financial reporting deliverables for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Validate financial outputs through tie-outs, variance analysis, reasonableness checks, and detailed balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, prepare SOX control evidence, identify control gaps, and support internal and external audits.
• Extract, validate, and analyze large datasets from ERP, Tableau, Snowflake, and other systems while developing dashboards and standardized metrics.
• Support system implementations, testing, integrations, workflow improvements, and automation across reporting and data processes.
• Use AI tools, prompts, and agent-based workflows responsibly to reduce manual effort and improve analytical efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and revenue accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with familiarity with ERP and reporting systems.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data, work independently, and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to or experience with AI tools, prompt development, and agent-based workflows for process automation and analytical efficiency.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted outputs.
• Experience in a SOX environment and audit support.
