Associate Merchant (Retail)

Location: Atlanta, GA; based in the Buckhead office.

What you will do

• Create hindsight decks and specialized business reports, manage style setup, and maintain accurate FlexPLM and related system data.
• Lead business deep dives, support strategy development, and partner with the Senior Merchant on seasonal line structure.
• Analyze marketplace trends, competition, product assortments, flow cadence, and the product make/value equation.
• Deliver selling recaps to cross-functional teams and assist with sample check-in, organization, presentation setup, and cleanup.
• Manage cost tools, analyze margins, and support revenue goals based on financial plans.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in fashion merchandising, retail sales, or buying.
• Strong knowledge of retail metrics to analyze results across channels and markets.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
