Senior Analyst, Consolidations

What you will do

• Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements.
• Administer and support the SAP Group Reporting financial consolidation system.
• Prepare and review internal and external financial reporting requirements, including periodic government reporting.
• Coordinate global intercompany reconciliations and perform variance analysis over regional submissions.
• Research accounting matters, new accounting pronouncements, SEC requirements, and current reporting topics.
• Maintain SOX 404 documentation and identify opportunities to improve consolidation processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related professional experience.
• Experience with consolidation systems required; SAP Group Reporting preferred.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license or CPA eligibility.
• Strong financial accounting and reporting knowledge, including US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, results orientation, and ability to manage competing priorities under time constraints.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with ERP and financial systems, including SAP S/4, AuditBoard, BlackLine, and Microsoft Analysis for Office.
