Jr. Frontend Web Developer (AI/ML, DevSecOps)

Location: On-site at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio, United States. Must be a US citizen and hold an active Secret clearance or be able to obtain one.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end code for web applications.
• Develop and maintain AI/ML integration code.
• Integrate web applications with enterprise systems through APIs.
• Execute and interpret DevSecOps pipeline results and update applications as needed.
• Collaborate with host teams to deploy web applications and AI/ML capabilities to cloud and Kubernetes environments.
• Define data models and data storage solutions.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• An active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or cloud solutions.
• 2+ years of experience designing or implementing AI/ML solutions in production.
• 3+ years of experience in web development, preferably front end.
• Strong JavaScript or Java background and familiarity with Python.
• Familiarity with web application architecture and JavaScript frameworks, particularly Vue and Quasar.
• Familiarity with document, graph, and relational databases, including MongoDB, Neo4j, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with AI/ML principles and techniques, APIs, data integration, orchestration tools, containers, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance, especially in regulated DoD environments.

Nice to have

• Experience working in MLOps environments and deploying ML models at scale.
• Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes.
