HQ Intern Trade Marketing

Location: Head office in Düsseldorf, Germany; onsite role starting December 1, 2026.

What you will do

• Support visual merchandising and in-store animations in collaboration with Offer and Retail teams.
• Create merchandising books for stores and update floorplans.
• Prepare animation briefs and coordinate with external suppliers.
• Translate, create, and adapt brand and institutional visuals for store use.
• Support store openings and remodelings, managing merchandising updates from initial brief through final production.
• Collect and share feedback and photos from trade activations, and communicate upcoming animations, merchandising initiatives, and trade events to stores.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Knowledge of or initial experience in retail marketing.
• Skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Organized, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with high responsibility.
• Fluent French and English.
• Driven by excellence, innovation, teamwork, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
