Solution Architect – AI-Native Business Solutions

Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Lappeenranta, Tampere, Turku, or Oulu, Finland. Applicants must have a valid right to work in Finland.

What you will do

• Define desired business change with customers, identify valuable workflows, and establish measures for value, quality, and risk.
• Design end-to-end AI-native solutions spanning user interfaces, agent orchestration, runtime environments, reusable tools, context services, and backend systems.
• Design management of shared context, decisions, work state, data provenance, freshness, access rights, and lifecycle while keeping CRM and core applications as systems of record.
• Select between ready-made agents, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, GitHub cloud agents, and custom development, using API and MCP interfaces appropriately.
• Define agent governance covering ownership, identities, least-privilege access, human approvals, guardrails, and traceability.
• Participate in prototyping and implementation, defining production-readiness criteria, monitoring, recovery, and cost management with developers and customers.

Requirements

• Experience architecting business-critical solutions, integrations, and cloud services, with the ability to take designs through implementation.
• Hands-on experience with agentic or generative AI solutions, including their evaluation, limitations, and security considerations.
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders, developers, and security professionals and justify architecture decisions by value, risk, maintainability, and cost.
• Proactive and collaborative working style.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Valid right to work in Finland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure, Dataverse, or Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of Entra, Agent 365, Purview, and Defender and the controls required for effective implementations.
• Experience designing agentic workflows that support the software development lifecycle from requirements and implementation through testing, release, and continuous improvement.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for design, prototyping, and implementation assessment.
