Corporate Finance, Revenue Operations - Associate (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York, United States; office work is required Monday through Thursday, with remote work available on Friday.

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 base salary per year, plus equity for full-time employees and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Perform revenue calculations, controls, estimates, variance analyses, and month-over-month rollforwards across product lines, primarily Technology Solutions.
• Support the full revenue cycle, including order processing, invoicing, payment collection, revenue recognition, and cash application.
• Lead month-end close activities, prepare revenue accruals and reconciliations, and calculate P&L and balance sheet data.
• Review contracts and economic terms to apply them accurately to revenue calculations and financial reporting.
• Prepare management and investor reporting with actionable performance insights for business unit and product line leaders.
• Improve revenue calculations and invoicing through automation, data-driven workflows, internal controls, and implementation of order-to-cash software.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of corporate accounting or public accounting experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of accounting principles and US GAAP reporting.
• Experience with revenue, treasury management, accounts receivable and payable, cash reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, solve complex issues, maintain attention to detail, and communicate with senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in the New York office Monday through Thursday.

Nice to have

• CPA license or degree in Accounting.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other general ledger systems.
• Familiarity with alternative investments or structured investments.
