Senior Productivity Platforms Developer (AI)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; access to export-controlled information requires the applicant to be a U.S. person or otherwise eligible for authorized access.

Base salary: $139,000–$185,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Administer and configure Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Asana, and other enterprise productivity platforms.
• Design workflows, permissions, governance models, standards, guardrails, and self-service capabilities with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Jira, Asana, GitHub, GitLab, Kubernetes, Slack, and other systems using REST APIs and Python and/or Go.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, scalability, uptime, backups, upgrades, and operational efficiency.
• Manage provisioning, permissions, security audits, compliance, dashboards, reports, and documentation.
• Participate in on-call escalation, train teams on platform best practices, and support agile collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years administering Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, including advanced configuration, permissions, automation, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Asana, including projects, portfolios, reporting, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and their implementation in work management tools.
• Proven experience developing custom integrations and automations with REST APIs and backend programming in Python and/or Go.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps toolchains including GitHub, GitLab, Kubernetes, and Slack.
• Strong skills in security hardening, compliance, and governance across multiple SaaS platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills supporting technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Atlassian certifications such as ACP-610 or ACP-120, or Asana certifications.
• Background in enterprise IT or business systems administration.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or other enterprise collaboration services.
