Senior Cloud Engineer (Azure & DevOps)

Location: Lisbon, hybrid. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Salary: €5,250–€6,300 gross per month on a B2B contract, or €2,650–€3,050 net per month on a permanent contract.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure for public and private clouds using Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Azure DevOps.
• Drive GitOps initiatives with ArgoCD and manage Kubernetes environments including AKS, EKS, and OpenShift.
• Administer RedHat and Ubuntu Linux environments, maintain DNS, TCP, and HTTP network stability, and manage PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis databases.
• Set up and monitor Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK observability solutions to improve reliability and performance.
• Implement configuration management with Helm, Consul, and Vault while collaborating in Agile teams on automation and architecture improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps positions.
• Proven expertise with Azure, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Helm, and Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud and infrastructure architecture patterns, including microservices and serverless solutions.
• Solid problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum project frameworks.
• Fluent English.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Certifications related to cloud platforms, DevOps, or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of financial markets and wealth management systems.
