Senior DevOps Engineer Lead

What you will do

• Lead and mentor DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering teams.
• Make architectural decisions, manage the backlog, plan sprints, and define engineering best practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Automate build, release, and database migration processes for Spring Boot and Angular applications.
• Work with AKS, Helm charts, JFrog Artifactory, pipeline scripting, Cosmos DB, and Apache Cassandra.
• Optimize information systems to improve performance, competitiveness, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Tech Lead and in leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, AKS, Helm, JFrog Artifactory, and pipeline scripting.
• Knowledge of SonarQube, code reviews, Jira integration, release automation, and database migrations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, minimum B2, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform, Azure Bicep, Liquibase, or Flyway.
• Familiarity with AI-driven CI/CD automation and vulnerability scanning.
