Senior DevOps (Linux/Ansible)

Location: Hybrid in Braga, Portugal, 3 days per week; candidates must already be based in Portugal

What you will do

• Administer Red Hat Linux environments, including RHEL, Rocky, and CentOS.
• Develop Bash scripts and automate infrastructure with Ansible roles and playbooks through AWX or Ansible Tower.
• Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and Git.
• Manage artifact repositories with JFrog Artifactory.
• Implement logging and monitoring with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Linux systems engineering.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux administration and Bash scripting.
• Practical experience with Ansible, AWX or Ansible Tower, GitHub Actions, Git workflows, and JFrog Artifactory.
• Experience with ELK Stack logging and monitoring.
• Fluent English at B2 level.
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Packer and Vagrant.
• Knowledge of SAST tools such as SonarQube and secrets management with HashiCorp Vault.
