Global Security Lead (Physical Security)

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid with remote availability. Regular travel between markets is required.

Salary: $256.5K–$313.5K annually.

What you will do

• Own physical security for hirify.global clinics and offices from initial design through daily operations across global markets.
• Build repeatable security requirements, checks, sign-offs, and opening processes for new clinics.
• Establish global standards for access control, CCTV, guarding, visitor management, incident reporting, and local legal adaptations.
• Lead risk management, incident and crisis response, business continuity, preventative security, investigations, drills, and lessons-learned reviews.
• Select and implement security management systems and integrate physical security with Information Security and Privacy controls.
• Manage security vendors, guarding partners, budgets, reporting, escalation models, and the future central and regional security organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in physical security, including at least 5 years leading security across multiple markets.
• Experience setting up security for new sites from design through opening.
• Experience managing security vendors, guarding contracts, and budgets across several regions.
• Experience leading incident and crisis response, investigations, and post-incident reviews.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive information with trust.
• Comfort working with senior leaders and construction, real estate, and operations teams.
• Ability to travel regularly between markets.
• Background in multi-site, public-facing businesses such as co-working, retail, hospitality, fitness, technology, wellness, or healthcare.
• Experience building a security function while scaling from a few sites to many.
• Working knowledge of electronic security systems and their integration into new builds.
• Experience selecting and implementing systems to manage security at scale.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or equivalent.
