Director, Global Security - REMOTE USA

Location: USA - Remote; remote work from home. International travel of 40%–60% may be required, including during the first year.

Annual salary: $200,000–$215,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead global security strategy and operations protecting employees, facilities, assets, and business continuity.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks and develop mitigation plans for employment actions and facility decisions.
• Establish global security policies, standards, operating models, and site security risk assessment practices.
• Oversee physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, guard force programs, and facility asset protection.
• Support crisis management, incident response, business continuity, executive escalation, executive protection, and travel security.
• Partner cross-functionally with EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations, while overseeing security vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, corporate risk, or corporate security.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.
• Ability to travel 40%–60%, including internationally within the first year.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or advanced professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or PCI.
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment, executive protection, and travel risk programs.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, laboratories, field operations, and critical infrastructure.
