Location: On-site at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC, USA

Salary: $96,000–$106,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for Navy information systems, networks, and communication infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement system upgrades.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for hardware and software.
• Support the management of network infrastructure components.
• Administer server environments, implement network security measures, and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to system improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of progressive IT support experience.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Strong networking skills.
• Experience with server administration.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
