STARBASE Program Evaluator

Location: Remote within the US; Monday through Friday; willingness to travel to STARBASE sites nationwide and complete at least 10 site visits per year.

Salary: $50.48/hour, depending on experience, education, and clearance level.

hirify.global provides training, assistance, and assessment support services for the National Guard Youth Challenge Program and STARBASE Program under a Department of Defense contract.

What you will do

• Perform operational evaluation site visits to established STARBASE sites as determined by the ODASW Director of Civil Military Programs, at least once every three years for each site.
• Review site operations and curriculum delivery for compliance with Department of Defense instructions and key program factors.
• Complete a minimum of 10 site visits annually and develop or update a national program evaluation checklist.
• Review and adjust the site assessment tool to improve statistical documentation and evaluation of program performance.
• Prepare site visit reports with recommended action plans and timelines for correcting deficiencies.
• Participate in Program Director and Instructor training workshops, provide technical assistance to STARBASE Advanced programs, and lead preparation of the STARBASE Annual Report.
