Technical Implementation Analyst – Automation & Integration (German)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid); able to travel

What you will do

• Configure and customize FeneVision solutions, including scripting, automation workflows, integration logic, and customer-specific extensions.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, data transformations, migrations, and mappings using SQL Server and/or Oracle environments.
• Design and support integrations between FeneVision, third-party applications, customer environments, manufacturing systems, machinery, and shop-floor systems.
• Build automation solutions, custom tools, and rapid prototypes for complex or non-standard customer requirements.
• Support requirements analysis, testing, troubleshooting, on-site implementation, go-live activities, and real-time production problem solving.
• Collaborate with Functional SaaS Consultants, Senior Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers; participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of software implementation, technical consulting, or development experience.
• Strong experience with SQL databases, including SQL Server and/or Oracle.
• Experience with scripting or customization using VBScript or similar technologies.
• Experience with .NET development in desktop, web, or backend environments.
• Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent German.
• Ability to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in make-to-order, custom manufacturing, or configurable product environments, including windows, doors, glass, furniture, cabinetry, millwork, kitchen and bath, flooring, building materials, or similar industries.
• Experience with manufacturing systems, machinery integration, or shop-floor automation.
• Experience with APIs and integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Experience with Git, TFS, or similar source control tools.
