Functional R2R-EPM Lead (SAP)

Location: Hybrid in Portugal, Lisbon or Porto

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead functional R2R and EPM activities across finance transformation projects.
• Design and support end-to-end SAP FI/CO processes.
• Manage general ledger, period close, consolidation, and management reporting and planning processes.
• Analyze business requirements and document functional solutions.
• Manage stakeholders throughout SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including multi-country programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong SAP FI/CO and end-to-end R2R/EPM knowledge.
• Experience with general ledger, period close, consolidation, and management reporting and planning.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally in multi-country projects.
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• SAP PS knowledge, particularly in project accounting.
