O2C Credit and Collection Protege (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia; hybrid schedule with the possibility to work up to 50% of the time from home.

What you will do

• Maintain customer master data, including creating new customers.
• Post customer payments and perform cash application.
• Reconcile daily sales orders when supporting Malaysia and Singapore.
• Support collection activities, including sending Statements of Account.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting, including AR aging reports and GL reconciliation.
• Perform credit assessments, periodic customer credit reviews, portfolio risk activities, stakeholder enquiries, and O2C governance tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent English and proficiency in Mandarin, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
• No previous working experience is required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or an equivalent qualification.
