Senior Manager, Global Card Business Development & Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute the global card business roadmap for virtual cards, physical cards, and digital wallet integrations.
• Lead the launch and scaling of card programs across multiple markets with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage relationships with issuers, BIN sponsors, processors, card manufacturers, logistics providers, and ecosystem partners.
• Lead Apple Pay, Google Pay, and regional wallet integrations, including certification, testing, tokenization, and go-live readiness.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures with payment partners and financial institutions.
• Build scalable launch procedures, operational processes, escalation mechanisms, and data-driven performance improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cards, payments, or fintech.
• Experience launching and operating global virtual and physical card programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering 0-to-1 Apple Pay and/or Google Pay integrations.
• Deep understanding of the card ecosystem and experience working with card manufacturers, issuers, BIN sponsors, processors, and wallet providers.
• Experience at Visa, Mastercard, an issuer processor, or a leading fintech card issuer is highly preferred.
