IT Business Analyst (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Perform business analysis, including gathering and assessing business requirements.
• Act as the IT-side Product Owner for multiple AI/ML and data-related use cases.
• Collaborate with business-side Product Owners, developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate early-stage use case development through PoC and MVP phases.
• Translate business needs into clear business and technical requirements.
• Support the assessment and implementation of Data Analytics, Data Science, and Generative AI solutions; facilitate meetings and prepare business and technical documentation and presentations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role across multiple projects.
• Experience working on projects delivered for large enterprises with 500+ employees.
• Experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Generative AI projects and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of business processes and technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and prepare business and technical documentation and presentations in both Hungarian and English.
• Motivation to continuously develop knowledge in AI/ML, data-related technologies, and emerging solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple use cases and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in Generative AI projects such as chatbots, AI agents, or custom AI features.
• Experience in the industrial or energy sector.
• Slovak language skills.
