What you will do

• Build and improve dashboards, KPIs, and reports for Order to Cash efficiency, deviations, and process adherence.
• Analyze Order to Cash data and provide actionable insights to Global Process Leads, Business System Owners, and Hub teams.
• Translate business needs into Power BI visualizations, user stories, and development tasks.
• Train colleagues and support the adoption of trusted data in everyday decisions.
• Apply data governance practices to maintain accurate, secure, high-quality, and compliant data.
• Resolve data quality issues and maintain consistent master and reference data across systems and applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in analytics and a strong understanding of Order to Cash activities.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and RPA, plus solid SAP knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train others, present ideas clearly, work independently under pressure, and take initiative.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile ways of working, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Lists, or Python.
• Knowledge of other European languages.
