Equity Admission Intern (Capital Markets)

Location: Paris, France; onsite position starting in February 2027.

hirify.global operates European capital markets infrastructure across listing, trading, clearing, settlement and custody, with eight national stock exchanges and services for issuers and investors.

What you will do

• Prepare for and participate in kick-off meetings with senior management teams of prospective issuers.
• Assess initial admission applications for equity securities under the supervision of Equity Admission Managers.
• Conduct legal and regulatory due diligence, review financial information and business models, identify risks and mitigating measures, assess transaction structures, and verify post-trade arrangements.
• Coordinate and monitor admission projects with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates, analytical reports and management presentations.
• Support the improvement and harmonisation of admission processes and market rules across hirify.global markets.

Requirements

• Final- or penultimate-year student from a business school or law university with strong academic credentials.
• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Law.
• Good understanding of Equity Capital Markets (ECM).
• Rigorous, autonomous and results-oriented approach, with strong team spirit.
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent French and English.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels, including senior executives, orally and in writing; work independently and take initiative.
