Stagiaire - Copilot Sales Finance

Location: Paris, France; 6-month internship starting in January 2027

What you will do

• Act as a finance business partner and key contact for Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
• Build and monitor sales forecasts and support accurate business landing.
• Support month-end closing for Gross Sales, Gross-to-Net, and Net Revenues.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis in line with hirify.global policies, US GAAP, and SOX.
• Analyze sales performance across volume, pricing, and mix, and prepare monthly reporting on risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Very strong Excel skills and good affinity with systems and tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders.
• French and English are mandatory.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in custody, accounting, or related finance roles.
