Senior Product Manager, Advisor Marketplace (Fintech)

Location: Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Compensation zones also include Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC; Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL; Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; and Gainesville, FL.

Base pay: $166,000–$195,000 USD for Zone 1; $146,000–$172,000 USD for Zone 2; $129,000–$152,000 USD for Zone 3, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the Advisor Marketplace serving investors and Registered Investment Advisors.
• Manage the end-to-end marketplace funnel, including discovery, matching, routing, scheduling, first-meeting attendance, advisor onboarding, and funded accounts.
• Define marketplace health metrics covering supply and demand, advisor quality, lead allocation, conversion, meetings, funded accounts, assets under management, and net flows.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ship products from concept to production using research, experimentation, and analytics.
• Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to incorporate regulatory requirements into product design, advisor vetting, disclosures, and workflows.
• Integrate TradePMR and Robinhood’s app, lead go-to-market execution, and explore AI improvements to the advisor-client experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including building and launching marketplace, platform, or complex multi-sided products, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or wealth management.
• End-to-end ownership of a funnel or growth-oriented product, with demonstrated improvements in conversion and engagement through experimentation and analytics.
• Experience delivering products in regulated or compliance-heavy environments while balancing innovation with operational and regulatory rigor.
• Strong analytical skills, including defining success metrics, writing queries or dashboards, and using data for prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams on system design, integrations, and scalability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align executives, advisors, and partner teams around a shared roadmap.
• Ownership mindset, self-starter attitude, and comfort with ambiguity while defining product quality and direction.
• Passion for empowering financial advisors and clients and transforming wealth management through modern technology.

Nice to have

• Experience building two-sided marketplaces, lead-generation or referral products, or CRM and scheduling workflows.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features in B2B or consumer products.
