Technology Associate Consultant

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada; other location: Quebec, Canada

Base pay: $71,700–$119,500 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver client solutions using a consultative approach to identify business needs.
• Review client requirements and issues, perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, and develop cost-effective, client-specific data solutions.
• Prepare detailed documentation, specifications, reports, and presentations adapted to client audiences.
• Provide guidance to internal colleagues and follow up with clients after project delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Support the design and build of new technology solutions, including product specifications, production timetables, pricing, product introduction plans, and marketing strategies.
• Develop consulting and pharmaceutical-market expertise and identify new business opportunities as experience grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of related professional experience required.
• Ability and willingness to work effectively with colleagues across the organization to achieve team goals.
• Understanding of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the impact of internal and external influences on decision-making, growth, and decline.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques related to the functional area.
• Knowledge of current events, developments, and major competitors within an industry.
• Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace, professional or trade associations, key people, and companies.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, required to work with departments, teams, support functions, and stakeholders across Canada and worldwide.
