Contracts Administrator / Quantity Surveyor – Electrical

What you will do

• Administer CSA contracts and subcontract packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain contract records, correspondence, notices, instructions, registers, and commercial documentation.
• Manage variations and change events, including quotations, approvals, valuations, and implementation tracking.
• Prepare, review, and administer monthly payment applications and contractor valuations.
• Support cost reporting, accruals, forecasting, commercial meetings, and contractor coordination.
• Identify commercial risks, maintain audit-ready records, and support claims avoidance.

Requirements

• Experience in contracts administration, commercial administration, or quantity surveying support within construction or engineering projects.
• Exposure to CSA packages and contractor coordination.
• Understanding of construction contracts, variations, and payment processes.
• Strong organisation, document management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in live project environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard forms of contract.
• Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, quantity surveying, or commercial administration.
