Client Associate (IR License) Bilingual French Speaking (Financial Services)

Location: On-site full-time, Monday through Friday, Ottawa, Canada

Annual base salary: CAD 51,500–60,200, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Work closely with Investment Advisors at hirify.global Wood Gundy to help manage client portfolios and develop new business.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients, provide support, anticipate needs, and improve the client experience.
• Identify business opportunities and assist with investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Build relationships through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Fully bilingual French and English speaking and writing.
• Current accreditation and good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization – Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID).
• Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry experience.
• Working knowledge of various quotation equipment.
• Client-focused approach, strong communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation to achieve goals and deliver high-quality work.
• Ability to understand different perspectives, listen, and learn from others.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.
• High professional standards and commitment to personal and professional growth.

• Registered Representative (RR) licensing.
