Marketing Intern (Industrial Coating Solutions)

hirify.global Industrial Coating Solutions develops equipment for applying and curing powder coatings, liquid paint, adhesives, sealants, and food and beverage container coatings.

What you will do

• Support market research, competitive analysis, customer insight projects, Voice of the Customer activities, market segmentation, and opportunity assessments.
• Assist with product portfolio analysis, pricing, product lifecycle management, new product development, stage-gate activities, product launches, and go-to-market planning.
• Develop marketing content, collateral, presentations, brochures, customer communications, sales enablement materials, and digital content.
• Support email, web, and social media campaigns, website updates, SEO initiatives, CRM data management, lead tracking, and marketing automation.
• Collect and analyze marketing and business data and help create reports, dashboards, charts, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Support trade shows, events, customer seminars, exhibitions, video, photography, and multimedia projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics at an accredited university.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university program and returning to school after the internship.
• A minimum GPA requirement may be established based on business needs.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Interest in content creation, storytelling, and marketing communications.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, SEO, or Google Analytics.
• Exposure to CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or data visualization tools.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, self-starting attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to contribute in a collaborative team environment.
