What you will do

• Learn technical and market trends and assist with gathering and organizing competitive intelligence.
• Work with engineering, technology, product line, field, demo, business management, and customer teams to clarify product requirements and coordinate development efforts.
• Create technical communications and marketing collateral for field and product teams.
• Analyze customer feedback, application value validation, and adoption issues to support product positioning strategies.
• Support tool configurations, field sales requests, product enhancements, and unique configurations.
• Develop product strategies and address customer adoption barriers for ion implanter products.

Requirements

• Graduating with a Master’s or Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• Good academic standing, preferably with a GPA above 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Ability to solve complex problems and develop new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Ability to exercise judgment using multiple sources of information.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset suited to a results-driven environment.

Nice to have

• An additional degree in Engineering Management or an MBA.
