• Participate in quality of earnings due diligence engagements for acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers.
• Analyze target companies’ financial and operational results by reviewing accounting records and interviewing management.
• Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information.
• Evaluate the effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements.
• Conduct industry and company research and correlate due diligence findings with client valuations.

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a degree in Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred.
• Achieving credit requirements to be eligible to sit for the CFA or CPA exam under applicable state requirements.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and financial data reporting.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
