Associate (Debt Finance)

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus bonus

What you will do

• Execute real estate transactions as part of the Debt Finance team.
• Support client origination and maintain the prospective client database.
• Prepare deal-specific credit memoranda and transaction recommendations for credit committees and other approval lines.
• Attend external and third-party meetings with senior bankers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Build complex dynamic financial models to assess debt structures, underwriting parameters, assets, budgets, and capital plans.
• Conduct company and transaction research, quantitative analysis, valuations, and investment recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 2–3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent financial modeling, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills, delivery focus, and ability to multitask.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and unstructured environment.
