Director, Product Management (Airline Technology)

Location: Remote from the United Kingdom; London main office

Salary: $109,000–$132,000 GBP annually

What you will do

• Define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for an order management portfolio covering sales data exchange, settlement services, and taxes.
• Lead the evolution from tickets, EMDs, and legacy revenue accounting processes to Offers and Orders.
• Drive settlement and tax calculations upstream into offer creation and ensure results are captured in orders for downstream settlement and delivery.
• Partner with IATA, ARC, ACH, and other airline-owned industry bodies to shape standards and seamless end-to-end airline processes.
• Develop portfolio strategies through market and customer analysis, while optimizing budgets, resources, staffing, and product positioning.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, mentor product managers, oversee product lifecycles, and represent the organization in order management modernization.

Requirements

• Experience leading product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and execution across a diverse product portfolio.
• Experience with order management, airline technology, sales data exchange, settlement services, taxes, or related industry processes.
• Ability to modernize products from ticketing, EMDs, and legacy revenue accounting toward Offers and Orders.
• Ability to work with airline industry bodies and shape standards and end-to-end processes.
• Experience conducting market and customer analysis and refining product positioning.
• Experience optimizing budgets, resources, and staffing for high-impact initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across commercial, strategy, marketing, finance, and technical functions.
• Experience mentoring product managers and fostering a customer-centric, Lean, and Agile mindset.
