Senior Software Developer (Frontend React)

Location: Remote in Poland

Salary: PLN 230,000–250,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, document, and release React front-end software for XLerate web experiences.
• Own complex UI features end-to-end, from technical and design collaboration through production support.
• Work with customers, designers, product managers, developers, QA engineers, and testers to solve real workflow problems.
• Make front-end technical decisions, break large initiatives into deliverable slices, and identify risks early.
• Maintain code quality, organization, automation, performance, and accessibility while raising front-end standards.
• Use Agile, Lean, DevOps, and CI/CD practices and contribute to data-driven continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience with a general-purpose programming language such as JavaScript or TypeScript, including solid TypeScript experience in production codebases.
• 4+ years of front-end experience using React to build web applications.
• Strong understanding of React design principles, component-driven UI, and state management in larger applications.
• Proven experience owning complex features from technical design through release and production support.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests using modern quality and testing principles.
• Experience integrating front ends with REST APIs and debugging issues across the stack.
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising standards through code review.
• Attention to performance and accessibility in production web applications, practical Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery experience, strong written and verbal communication, and knowledge of code versioning tools.
• Comfort learning new technologies and systems.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system or shared component library.
• Understanding of React Native.
• Experience with Angular or AWS.
• Knowledge of continuous deployment tooling.
• Experience building complex CRM or B2B SaaS workflows.
