Site Reliability Engineer - Developer Platform (Kubernetes)

Location: Spain, Germany, or remote in the EU. The position is associated with Madrid, Spain.

What you will do

• Design and maintain the internal Kubernetes developer platform.
• Develop platform tooling, automation, orchestration, SKS features, and application delivery pipelines.
• Improve developer experience through self-service systems and pipelines.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of platform systems, focusing on scalability, security, and high availability.
• Participate in code and change reviews and help manage escalated support tickets.
• Join the on-call rotation after completing a training period.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in Golang is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Linux and large-scale configuration management.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and its ecosystem.
• Passion for product design, software architecture, and automation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment; curiosity, autonomy, and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Clojure.
