Junior Change Manager (iGaming)

Location: Lviv, Ukraine; hybrid work is available after the first three months, with an 80/20 office/home format until the end of 2026 and primarily office-based work from 2027.

What you will do

• Coordinate production changes, migrations, and switch-overs under the guidance of senior Change Managers.
• Prepare and maintain change documentation and implementation plans.
• Collect required approvals and information before production activities.
• Communicate with development, infrastructure, operations, and business teams during change execution.
• Monitor production activities, track progress, and report issues, blockers, delays, and status updates.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of change management processes.

Requirements

• English level B1 or higher.
• Proactive approach, including following up independently and flagging problems early.
• Confidence communicating with technical and senior colleagues, asking direct questions, pushing back, and speaking up in discussions.
• Logical and analytical thinking, including the ability to break complex changes into steps, identify dependencies and gaps, and assess potential risks.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn technical and operational processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of IT systems, software delivery processes, and production releases.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, GitLab, Kibana, and SQL/MySQL.
