Base pay: 196,600.00–417,800.00 PLN annually

What you will do

• Define and validate project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success measures for complex strategic initiatives.
• Support the PSCS AI strategy and translate it into projects and priorities.
• Build project plans and governance structures, and drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, costs, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Align stakeholders across functions and geographies, communicate progress and decisions, and drive progress without direct authority.
• Support organizational change, training, communication, adoption, outcome evaluation, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Significant project, program, or PMO experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or closely related life sciences organization.
• Strong understanding of the clinical research and life sciences environment and its business and operational challenges.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic projects.
• Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and execution capabilities.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, workstreams, and dependencies, and influence stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
• Experience supporting organizational change, operational effectiveness, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience within a PMO, strategic transformation, or operational effectiveness function.
• Knowledge of Lean or other continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Advanced project management education, training, or certification.
• Experience delivering strategic initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations.
