Senior Software Engineer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Deliver software end-to-end: break down complex projects, plan, implement, test, deploy, and monitor applications.
• Maintain production reliability: respond to alerts, improve monitoring, and share on-call responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain APIs supporting new carrier products and broader distribution.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and internal tools for traffic patterns and system performance visibility.
• Create tools, AI agents, and automations for employees and external partners to work independently.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on phone application distribution and issue impact assessment.

Requirements

• Experience developing software at a SaaS company or on a SaaS product.
• Strong practical proficiency with AI tools.
• Familiarity with HTTP and networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Docker.
• Strong communication skills connecting technical details to business needs.
• Collaborative approach and interest in how services work together.
• Willingness to take responsibility for software throughout its lifecycle, including production support.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Prometheus or similar monitoring and observability tools.
• DevOps/SRE practices.
