IT Continuity Delivery Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Coordinate IT service continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, recovery exercises, failover activities, and testing across technology teams.
• Work with technology, business, Risk, Crisis Management, and third-party stakeholders to identify critical services, systems, dependencies, and recovery requirements.
• Act as the central coordination point, facilitate meetings and workshops, agree priorities and responsibilities, and track plans, risks, blockers, dependencies, and actions.
• Maintain continuity plans, procedures, supporting documentation, and the register linking critical business activities to applications, infrastructure, and RTO/RPO targets.
• Prepare management and governance updates, escalate significant issues, capture lessons learned, and drive improvements.
• Coordinate supplier-continuity reviews, identify gaps between supplier commitments and internal recovery requirements, and follow up with supplier owners and Procurement.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in IT governance, IT resilience, IT risk, or service management.
• Proven experience implementing or managing IT continuity frameworks.
• Experience with ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ITIL, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-functional governance initiatives.
• Comfort working with technical teams, understanding requirements and dependencies, and coordinating delivery without needing to be the technical expert in every area.

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Risk, or a related field.
• ITIL certification.
• ISO 22301 or ISO 27001 certification.
• Relevant resilience or risk management certifications.
