Manager, Deployment Strategy (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the deployment journey for a portfolio of customers from technical readiness through go-live and value realization.
• Build deployment strategies based on customer goals, priorities, and operating realities.
• Align customer stakeholders and internal teams, maintain momentum, and remove blockers.
• Lead complex rollouts and support strong product activation, adoption, and long-term usage.
• Partner with finance and treasury teams to turn deployments into operational value.
• Identify risks, surface expansion opportunities, and share customer insights with product and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, a fast-growth startup, or a customer success leadership role.
• Structured thinking, strong execution, and a bias toward action.
• Confidence working with demanding stakeholders and senior finance teams.
• Ability to connect execution with customer value and commercial outcomes.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• High ownership, sound judgment, and comfort in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance, treasury, payments, or banking products.
• Experience managing strategic or operationally complex customer deployments.
• Familiarity with adoption, change management, or value realization in B2B software.
• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth company.
