Network Segmentation SPOC (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, 75% remote; Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warsaw, Poland

Rate: up to 170 PLN/h net + VAT

What you will do

• Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of network segmentation controls within a DORA network segmentation programme.
• Communicate DORA requirements, programme objectives, timelines and expected business outcomes to Application Owners, Application Providers, Application Teams and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the identification, documentation, validation and analysis of application communication flows, dependencies and connectivity requirements.
• Facilitate business and technical workshops and coordinate application-specific segmentation plans, milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation and approvals.
• Work with network engineers, security architects, infrastructure, risk management and application teams to define and implement segmentation solutions.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, issues, dependencies and compliance; prepare governance reports and support solution design, firewall rule and implementation documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery, cyber security programmes, infrastructure transformation, network security or operational resilience in a large enterprise.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior business stakeholders, Application Owners, technical teams and external partners.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and governance requirements.
• Strong understanding of network security concepts, including network segmentation, firewall technologies, network communication flows, application connectivity, least privilege, security zones and trust boundaries.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and planning delivery.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable implementation plans.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and delivery reporting in large regulatory or transformation programmes.
• Strong written communication skills for governance materials, implementation plans and executive-level status reports.
• Ability to work independently, drive activities proactively and coordinate several workstreams simultaneously.
• Fluent English.
