Staff IT SOX Champion

Location: On-site in Krakow, Poland

What you will do

• Lead and oversee Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance activities for information systems.
• Partner with Finance, business process owners, IT stakeholders, and internal and external auditors.
• Identify risks and design key controls for systems within the SOX compliance scope.
• Execute and review IT SOX control testing, including design and operating effectiveness assessments.
• Coordinate audit evidence, maintain control and testing repositories, and support management and Audit Committee reporting.
• Drive remediation of control deficiencies, evaluate root causes, and deliver SOX compliance training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline.
• Experience with IT SOX compliance, internal controls, control testing, and audit support.
• Professional experience in information technology, compliance, audit, risk management, or a related field.
• Fluent English required for effective work in a global business environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion, SAP, project management, or testing methodologies.
• CISA certification.
