A320 Family Product Change Leader & CM Industrial Integrator (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead product changes for the A320 family within the BSMCM4 scope covering RFE, APU, and Systems Spain.
• Act as project leader for assigned changes and lead the multidisciplinary Product Change Team across the Aircraft Change Process from change request creation through modification implementation and closure.
• Coordinate engineering, chief engineering, customer services, airworthiness, plants, industrial planning, suppliers, FAL, and MCAs across countries and functions.
• Prepare Aircraft Change Process deliverables to support decision-making at the Decision Board on TCQ and ensure implementation on time, on cost, and on quality.
• Develop industrial implementation planning, gather lead times, risks, and opportunities, and ensure MOD POE compliance with SA Programme Policy, including STEP/iSTEP.
• Lead end-to-end Configuration Management activities as Configuration Management Operational Manager and manage interfaces between central program configuration management and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering.
