Zonal & Wiring Military Maintenance Programs Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; hybrid working model when possible, with travel to hirify.global and customer facilities.

hirify.global develops and supports military aircraft programs, including A400M, A330 MRTT, C-295/CN-235, and aerostructures.

What you will do

• Perform Zonal, EWIS, and L/HIRF MSG-3 analyses to identify scheduled maintenance requirements for military aircraft.
• Present MSG-3 analyses to operators and airworthiness authorities, including EASA and INTA/CQC.
• Produce Maintenance Planning Documents and analyze the impact of aircraft modifications, service bulletins, and other in-service engineering documentation.
• Provide technical support to customers, develop customized maintenance programs, and optimize maintenance task intervals.
• Analyze customer maintenance inspection reports for MRBR interval evolution and escalation exercises.
• Coordinate with maintenance, systems, structures, engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, subcontractors, and digitalization projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance, Maintenance Planning Documents, and CAMO.
• Knowledge of aircraft wiring/EWIS and L/HIRF protection is highly recommended.
• Knowledge of aircraft configuration management, software programming, and data analysis tools.
• Strong oral and written presentation, coordination, and customer-relations skills.
• Negotiation-level English required.
