Creator Partnerships Manager (Crypto)

Location: United Arab Emirates. Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement; availability may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard global crypto creators.
• Develop creator engagement and retention strategies while coordinating with internal teams.
• Manage a portfolio of high-impact creators and track community growth, engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
• Build community growth programs and execute creator marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and interaction.
• Coordinate AMAs, interviews, and other community-driven initiatives with creators.
• Monitor crypto industry trends, news, competitors, and emerging creators.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or cross-channel marketing.
• Strong understanding of the crypto industry and experience or established connections within the crypto creator community.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to build stakeholder relationships and interpret data.
• Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote global team members.
• Current knowledge of marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the crypto space.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Arabic.
