Finance Technology Lead (Finance Systems/AI): Defining and delivering the Finance technology strategy while building a globally integrated, automated, and data-driven Finance operating model with an accent on ERP, automation, AI, data architecture, and reporting. Focus on leading a multidisciplinary Finance Technology team, integrating Finance platforms, and transforming fragmented processes into standardized digital workflows.

What you will do
- Define and maintain the target Finance technology architecture and multi-year roadmap across ERP, billing, revenue accounting, close, consolidation, planning, reporting, treasury, tax, data, and automation.
- Design, recruit, develop, and lead a small multidisciplinary Finance Technology team covering finance systems, ERP, data, automation, AI, product management, and transformation delivery.
- Optimize the current Finance systems, interfaces, and data landscape in partnership with Finance and IT stakeholders.
- Establish and deliver automation opportunities using workflow, low-code technology, AI, and other digital tools to reduce manual processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Lead Finance platform evaluation, ERP requirements, product ownership, data and analytics architecture, and systems integration across Finance, commercial systems, marketplaces, HR, and banking platforms.
- Lead Finance technology initiatives from business case through design, implementation, testing, adoption, benefits realization, governance, and vendor or partner management.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Finance technology or Finance transformation leadership.
- Experience with core Finance processes including R2R, P2P, O2C, consolidation, and FP&A.
- Experience with major ERP platforms such as D365, SAP, or Oracle.
- Experience in Finance systems architecture, data, reporting, and analytics.
- Experience with automation, workflow, and AI.
- Experience in product management and cross-functional programme delivery.
- Experience working in multinational and multi-entity environments.
- Experience with subscription or software business models and recurring billing.
