TL;DR
Settlement Associate (Fintech): Handling daily settlement operations and ensuring transaction correctness for fiat and crypto payments with an accent on trade confirmation, reconciliation, and regulatory adherence. Focus on monitoring day-to-day trade reports, coordinating with Treasury, and resolving FX or money operation issues.
Location: Hybrid (Taipei). Shift work required (including night shifts).

What you will do
- Handle fiat and crypto payments accurately and promptly.
- Monitor daily trade confirmations and settlement reports aligned with customer deals.
- Track and process the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions.
- Collaborate with Treasury to perform daily reconciliations with banking details.
- Prepare regular reports for internal control and external audits.
- Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to resolve settlement and confirmation issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business or Finance related fields.
- 1+ years of working experience in the Settlement Operation field is preferred.
- Middle level proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Availability for shift rotations (including 9am-6am, 3pm-12am, and 12am-9am).
- Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to numbers.
