What you will do
- Own daily and weekly liquidity forecasts, support medium-term forecasting, and investigate cash-flow variances.
- Prepare covenant and debt calculations, monitor compliance, and deliver lender reporting.
- Manage global banking administration, accounts, mandates, authorised signatories, and governance records.
- Monitor FX exposures and hedging positions, support stress testing, and report financial risks.
- Improve treasury controls, data quality, automation, processes, and treasury systems.
- Work with the Head of Treasury and Finance team to turn treasury strategy into operational delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance within a commercial business.
- Strong cash-flow and liquidity forecasting skills, including variance analysis and funding assessment.
- Experience with covenant calculations, compliance monitoring, lender reporting, models, and documentation.
- Hands-on knowledge of banking administration, mandates, cash management, FX, and financial risk.
- Strong Excel, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
- Attention to detail, sound judgement, independence, and the ability to collaborate across Finance.

Hiring process

- 60-minute interview with the Finance & Treasury team via Zoom.
- Take-home task completed over several days and presented to the team.
- Final 60-minute interview with the Finance & People team in the St Helier office.
