Treasury Back Office Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Lima, Peru

What you will do

• Support FX derivatives back-office operations, including documentation, settlements, and maturity tracking.
• Maintain bank confirmations, hedge memos, hedge designations, and hedge-effectiveness documentation.
• Update and reconcile FX derivatives data in Kyriba and internal treasury trackers.
• Support SOX treasury controls, approval workflows, segregation of duties, evidence retention, and periodic reviews.
• Improve treasury processes, internal policies, controls, and standard operating procedures.
• Support banking controls, including user-access reviews, token management, beneficiary validation, and bank-account documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic exposure to or interest in treasury, foreign exchange, or financial operations.
• General understanding of foreign exchange and derivative instruments.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow structured procedures and controls.
• Familiarity with Kyriba or other treasury management systems.
• Basic knowledge of Bloomberg or other market data platforms, with exposure to internal controls or SOX environments.
